Oluseyi Olufemi Omotayo

Oluseyi Olufemi Omotayo, 41, gained his wings on December 12, 2020.

Oluseyi was born on March 20, 1979 in O Sun, Esa-oke, Nigeria to Oladipupo and Monisola Omotayo. Oluseyi was an amazing husband and father who always put his family before anything else. Anytime you would see him, he would have a big smile on his face.  Oluseyi enjoyed playing soccer and watching sports in person and on TV. He was an active member at Bridgewood Church of Christ, but most importantly, he knew and had a great relationship with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.  

He is preceded in death by his father, Oladipupo Omotayo. 

Oluseyi is survived by his wife, Omowunmi Omotayo; children, Oluwaferanmi David, Oluwafirefunmi Michelle; brothers, Busayo, Wale; sister, Iyadum; and a host of loving church friends who became family.

Visitation will be held at Azleland Cemetery & Memorial Park, 850 N Cardinal Rd. Azle, Texas 76020, on Wednesday, December 23, 2020, at 1:00 PM followed by a Graveside Service at 2:00 PM.
